Sisters’ Fellowship For Monze -Mazabuka Apostle Area

A Sesheke preparatory sisters’ fellowship in region 14 under Monze-Mazabuka apostle area was held from 10th  to 12th  July, 2015 in Munyali under Pemba Elder District with the total attendance of  2,364 members.

The climax of the fellowship was a divine service which was conducted by Apostle Edwin Kasamu at Munyali Congregation.

1st Corinthians 15:33-34, was used as the text word

“Do not be deceived: ‘Evil company corrupts good habits,’ Awake to righteousness, and do not sin; for some do not have the knowledge of God. I speak this to your shame.”

The Divine Service was attended by  2, 601 members.

7, 400 New Apostolic sisters in District Apostle Area 28 are expected to gather in Sesheke, Western Province of Zambia   from 21st – 23rd August, 2015, for theInternational Sisters’ Fellowship under the theme  “Serving Christ with Joy.”

The major objective of this year’s gathering is the raising of funds to construct the following infrastructure;

  • 1 x 3 Classroom Block for a Pre-School at Sesheke Central Church Plot
  •  Office block housing the Apostle’s Office, Secretariat and a Store Room at Sesheke Central Church Plot.

The International sisters’ fellowship is also used as a forum on which to enlighten the attendees about New Apostolic Church doctrine and other Spiritual matters.

It is an annual event/gathering of New Apostolic Church sisters from Zambia, Malawi and Zimbabwe.

Last year’s gathering was held in Harare, Zimbabwe.

Meanwhile, Sunday Scholars of Siamambo District in Choma – Kalomo Apostle Area had a fundraising musical concert at Macha Road Congregation on Saturday, July 4, 2015, and raised K5, 800.

Proceeds raised from the concert were spent on buying assorted items that were donated to St. Mulumba School of the handicapped in Choma.

Area Apostle, Baker Chakwana handed over the items on behalf of the Sunday scholars to St. Mulumba School Head teacher Mr. Yotum Ngulube.
